Responsibilities

• Cleans and sanitizes patient rooms, bathrooms, and common areas daily per facility protocols.
• Uses approved chemicals in correct portions and handles cleaning tools safely.
• Empties trash, replaces liners, and disposes of waste properly.
• Vacuums carpets and washes or dries windows as directed by supervisor.
• Reports repair needs to supervisor or maintenance and requests necessary supplies.
• Attends weekly in-services and complies with Patient Care Management Systems.
