Qualifications

• Leads a team of 5-15 employees in housekeeping duties.
• Reads, writes, and follows verbal/written directions.
• Understands basic microbiology as it applies to housekeeping.
• Knowledgeable of cleaning principles and chemicals, storage, and shelf-life.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise assigned employees to meet deadlines and priorities.
• Distribute and balance workload and tasks among staff.
• Provide guidance and technical direction for housekeeping operations.
• Inspect equipment for damage and report malfunctions.
• Ensure safety and housekeeping rules are followed.
