Responsibilities

• Lead housekeeping operations across VA Medical Center.
• Assist Housekeeping Supervisor to meet service tasks and day-to-day needs.
• Set work schedules and methods per EMS policies.
• Rounding with EMS staff to promote engagement and customer service.
• Ensure supplies and equipment are adequate.
• Inspect service quality and guide subordinates.
• Coordinate with customers to meet obligations.
• Conduct work assignment huddles and share safety/EEO information.
