Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping experience is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Supervise, train and inspect housekeeping staff to ensure procedures meet unit standards.
• Assist to ensure optimum service to guests.
• Resolves guest complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Prepare and distribute assignment sheets and communicate changes during shifts.
