Job summary

Crothall Healthcare, a Compass Group company, is hiring for a full-time Housekeeper Lead at Greeneville Community Hospital in Greeneville, TN. Shifts are 7:00 am–3:30 pm or 3:00 pm–11:30 pm, with a fixed pay rate of $18.00 per hour.

Prior housekeeping experience is required to lead and train staff. Responsibilities include supervising and training staff, ensuring safety and cleanliness standards, coordinating breaks, and addressing guest concerns.

• Prior housekeeping/relevant experience required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, trains and inspects housekeeping staff to ensure standards are met.
• Ensures staff report to work and clock in properly; documents lateness or absence.
• Resolves guest complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinates staff breaks and distributes assignment sheets.
• Maintains security of keys and assigns equipment as needed.
• Inspects areas for cleanliness and communicates improvements.
