Responsibilities
- Provides quality service with attention to detail for guests.
- Monitors staff reporting to work and clocks in; notes lateness or absences.
- Resolves guest complaints to maintain high satisfaction.
- Documents call-offs and coverage for shifts.
- Coordinates staff breaks and assignment sheets; communicates changes.
- Ensures keys, radios, and beepers are distributed securely.
- Checks equipment for supplies and cleanliness; addresses deficiencies.
- Inspects cleaning areas to verify standards.
- Assists staff to maintain highest cleanliness standards.
- Conducts staff training as assigned.
- Maintains professionalism with customers and colleagues.
