Yona Solutions is seeking an Environmental Services Manager to oversee housekeeping and laundry in a skilled nursing facility. You will lead staff, ensure cleanliness and safety, and promote resident satisfaction while maintaining regulatory compliance and cost-effective operations.

The role requires coordination with facility staff, management of budgets, and ongoing quality assurance to support high-quality resident care.

Formación

• Four year college degree and related experience strongly desired; high school diploma/GED required.
• Two years experience in housekeeping services in a healthcare environment and personnel supervision is desired.
• Proficient in Windows-based office software including Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Interviews, hires and orients housekeeping, floor care, and laundry staff.
• Trains workers in housekeeping, laundry, and floor care procedures and proper operation and maintenance of equipment.
• Plans, organizes, directs, coordinates and supervises functions and activities of the departments.
• Maintains an environment that is sanitary, attractive and in orderly condition.
• Maintains the department to be survey-ready at all times, assuring the department operates within federal, state, and local regulations.
• Reports monthly initiatives, goals, and accomplishments.
