Job summary

Harrington Park Health & Rehab is seeking a full-time Environmental Services Associate to perform routine cleaning duties across patient areas, corridors, and common spaces. You will follow safety and infection control procedures to maintain a clean, sanitary environment.

Responsibilities include floor care, dusting, trash removal, and restroom sanitation. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with minimal supervision are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read safety rules and maintenance instructions.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or associates.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, damp mop, and wet mop tile floors following center procedures.
• Vacuum carpeted areas and dust surfaces as applicable.
• Empty trash, clean bathrooms, and sanitize fixtures according to policy.
• Move furniture for cleaning and switch curtains as needed.
• Follow infection control standards and use PPE as required.
