Job summary

Cura Health is seeking a dependable Housekeeper to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, visitors, and staff. You will clean and sanitize resident rooms, common areas, and restrooms following infection prevention and safety practices.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team while treating residents with dignity and respect. Prior healthcare cleaning experience is a plus, but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
• Prior housekeeping, environmental services, or healthcare experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to follow cleaning, sanitation, infection prevention, and safety procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to complete assigned duties with minimal supervision.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with residents, families, and other staff members.
• Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing, walking, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and lifting throughout the shift.
