Job summary

Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is hiring a Housekeeper to maintain a clean and safe environment in a long-term care facility. The role supports residents and staff, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Pay rate is USD 14.00 - 16.00 per hour with benefits including telemedicine, prescription discounts, and employee assistance programs. AR-based location considerations apply; training and career development are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily housekeeping tasks in resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas and offices.
• Ensure cleaning and sanitation per procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain records of cleaning activities and report maintenance or safety issues.
• Follow infection control and universal precautions to ensure a sanitary environment.
• Interact positively with residents, staff and guests, providing excellent service.
• All other duties as assigned.
