Job summary

Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain a clean, safe environment in a long-term care facility. You will perform daily housekeeping tasks, ensure sanitation, and interact positively with residents and staff. The role emphasizes safety, infection control, and high-quality customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required or preferred).
• Maintain a positive attitude and effectively communicate with occupants and staff.
• COVID-19 vaccination policies compliance.
• Must be able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds, stand, and perform routine tasks.
• Residency within the service area is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily housekeeping tasks, including cleaning resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
• Ensure proper cleaning and sanitation according to procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain records of cleaning activities and report maintenance or safety issues.
• Follow infection control and universal precautions for a sanitary environment.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, delivering quality service.
• All other duties as assigned.
