Job summary

Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) invites you to join as a Housekeeper in a long-term care facility, where you will help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and staff. Daily tasks include cleaning resident rooms, common areas, and offices, following infection control guidelines and safety procedures.

Starting pay is USD 15.00 per hour, with benefits such as telemedicine, prescription discounts, employee assistance programs, EarnedIt wage access, financial wellness

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not required.
• Maintain a positive attitude and effectively communicate with occupants, administration, and HCSG leadership.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies.
• Lift/carry up to 50 pounds, push/pull up to 50 pounds, stand and walk for extended periods.
• Perform routine, repetitive tasks continuously.
• Work around cleaning products and follow safety guidelines.
• Follow oral and written instructions for daily tasks.
• Residency within the service area required.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily housekeeping tasks, including cleaning resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices.
• Ensure proper cleaning and sanitation following procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain records of cleaning activities and report issues to the supervisor.
• Follow infection control and universal precautions policies to ensure a sanitary environment.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing excellent customer service.
• All other duties as assigned.
