Responsibilities

Welcome patients, visitors, and families at the drop off zone with a calm, compassionate presence.
Provide hospitality and comfort by welcoming guests, patients, and visitors, answering basic questions, and offering directions and wayfinding assistance to reduce stress and create a positive arrival experience
May assist with mobility needs provide wheelchair assistance, help patients in and out of vehicles, and support those with physical limitations.
Maintain a calm, organized, and attentive demeanor in fast paced environments.
