Job summary

Towne is seeking a Healthcare Associate - Driver to bring the Towne experience to life for patients and guests in a hospital setting. You will safely park and retrieve vehicles, greet patients and families with compassion, and assist with mobility needs as required.

You will help manage hospital traffic flow, support clinical teams, and ensure drop‑off zones remain clear while complying with safety standards. This role offers training and growth within a patient‑focused hospitality environment.

  • Safely park, retrieve, and inspect vehicles.

  • May assist with mobility needs to provide wheelchair assistance, help patients in and out of vehicles, and support those with physical limitations.
  • Manage hospital traffic flow to maintain clear drop‑off zones, prioritize emergency access, and coordinate with security or clinical teams.
  • Follow all traffic laws, hospital protocols, and company safety standards.
  • Maintain organized work areas and complete documentation accurately

Whether assisting patients with mobility needs, supporting clinical traffic flow, or transporting vehicles safely for those arriving for care, you create seamless arrival-to-departure experiences through professional, compassionate, and hospitality-focused service.

What You’ll Do
  • Safely park, retrieve, and inspect vehicles.
  • Patient arrival support, greet patients, visitors, and families with compassion and professionalism.

Driving Requirements
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
  • Ability to safely operate automatic and manual transmission vehicles (when applicable)
Compensation

Towne is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation. Actual pay will be based on job-related skills, experience, education, training, geographic location, and other business-related factors. The hourly base pay range for this position is $14-$16 per hour.

Physical Requirements
