Job summary

Hugh Chatham Health in Lincolnton, NC is seeking a Full-time Guest Relations Associate to assist guests, locate patients and amenities, and support families throughout the hospital experience.

The role requires strong communication and customer-service skills, with duties including notarizations as needed and collaboration with healthcare professionals to address patient and family needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in healthcare and/or customer service preferred.
• Notary services may be required for Healthcare Power of Attorney and related documents.

Responsibilities

• Provides guests with assistance throughout the facility and directions to locations.
• Communicates in a courteous, clear manner and confirms guest understanding; listens to complaints calmly.
• Gives personal attention, takes responsibility and uses teamwork to meet patient and family needs; assists with referrals and ADA/LEP considerations.
