Qualifications

• Experience with hospital or integrated healthcare environments is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Track progress of strategic initiatives and organizational goals.
• Coordinate action plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables for strategic projects.
• Prepare reports and presentations for leadership teams, committees, and governing boards.
• Facilitate meetings and maintain documentation of decisions, risks, and action items.
• Support growth initiatives including new programs and service expansions.
• Provide administrative and project coordination support for GME residency programs.
• Develop dashboards and executive performance reports.
• Identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate hospital-wide project management and stakeholder communications.
• Assist with annual strategic planning and performance deployment.
