The Digital Marketer will develop, implement, and optimize online marketing campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions on the TalentHop platform, enhancing brand presence as the preferred career destination for healthcare professionals.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Public Relations, English, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of digital marketing experience; healthcare or recruitment industries is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and social media platforms.
• Proven success managing paid campaigns with measurable results.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative and analytical thinking abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across channels including SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize for return on investment.
• Develop content strategies to attract healthcare job seekers and employers.
• Manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
• Track, analyze, and report on marketing metrics.
• Stay informed on current digital marketing trends and best practices.
