The role leads marketing plans, analyzes market data, builds relationships with admissions, and drives revenue growth while ensuring quality outcomes and effective CRM usage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Five+ years in healthcare business development required.
• One+ year of supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with discharge planners, social workers, case managers, physicians and staff to generate referral sources.
• Sell service line attributes, processes and outcomes to physicians, patients and market groups.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to increase facility revenues and profits.
• Collaborate with leaders to evaluate market utilization data for service lines.
• Build relationships with admissions/intake and medical staff leadership.
• Document activity in Salesforce and prepare regular trend reports.
• Identify referral priorities aligned with organizational goals.
• Lead staff development, training, and performance management for the department.
