Job summary

Broadway Nursing & Rehabilitation is seeking a Director of Business Development to lead the Marketing Liaison and Admissions teams across facilities. The role focuses on maintaining referral streams and census growth to meet revenue goals.

Strong leadership, strategic planning and cross‑facility coordination are essential. Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years in leadership with Marketing/Admissions experience in a hospital or long‑term care setting, and a Bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in a leadership role and Marketing/Admissions in a hospital or long‑term care facility.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM and other reporting tools.
• Clinical background is a plus but not required.
• Must own and operate a reliable vehicle for travel and hold a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales leadership training and support to facility Marketing Liaison and Admissions staff to meet census and revenue goals.
• Identify and develop referral sources, educate on services, and differentiate from competitors.
• Create Policies and Procedures and communicate market intelligence to regional leadership.
• Develop targeted sales/action items using market data and manage existing referral sources to maintain occupancy.
• Oversee facility calendars, tours, marketing collateral, and readiness across sites.
• Leverage local referral networks to expand referral sources.
