Accendra Health is seeking a General Manager to oversee branch operations and drive sales growth. You will manage P&L, partner with senior leadership on strategic planning, and build strong relationships with key customers while ensuring service excellence and compliance.

This role includes leading a team and delivering financial performance. The GM will monitor KPIs, coordinate with Managed Care, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance, while guiding daily operations and achieving profit

Qualificações

• Four year college degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years related experience.
• Must reside within an area of primary responsibility.

Responsabilidades

• Full P&L responsibility for profit center(s) including revenue and operating income.
• Develop and implement business strategic planning with senior management.
• Execute sales strategy and growth initiatives by building relationships with key customers.
• Achieve budgets for focus products and cash collections.
• Utilize technology to support sales growth and service levels.
