You will lead demand generation, develop compelling use cases, and collaborate with global delivery teams to tailor cloud-based AI solutions while ensuring business value and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 10–18 years of experience in customer success, account management, or business development within analytics/AI consulting.
• Deep Healthcare/Life Sciences industry knowledge and proven growth of healthcare accounts through AI/Analytics engagements.
• Strong GenAI knowledge and ability to translate tech enablers into business value for executives.
• Experience selling AI/Analytics consulting services, not just software products.

Responsibilities

• Strategically drive new business in healthcare accounts partnering with Solution & Delivery teams.
• Manage client relationships at Director- and VP-level, aligning account strategy with client needs.
• Develop AI/Gen AI use cases and proposals tailored to cloud stacks, APIs and security constraints.
• Collaborate with offshore delivery teams to shape solutions and drive execution.
• Present propositions leveraging dashboards, POCs, partner dynamics and market research.
