Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors while following security procedures.
• Monitor front desk access, greet visitors, verify credentials, and maintain visitor logs.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies calmly and notify appropriate personnel.
• Observe and report unusual activity or security concerns to site leadership and Allied Universal.
• Maintain accurate records and support a professional front-desk environment.
