VOANS’s The Homestead of Rochester invites you to join Rochester Home Health as a Days Receptionist in Rochester, MN. This paid role supports front-desk operations, phone screening, and resident inquiries in a compassionate healthcare setting.

You’ll work Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, earning $19.10 per hour. Benefits include Medical, Dental & Vision, 403(b), PTO, life and disability insurance, and well-being programs while contributing to a purpose-driven team.

Qualifikationen

• Experience working at front desk.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Minimum one-year experience in job functions.
• Long-term care experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Performs all data processing functions on the facility computer including, but not limited to, scanning, printing
• Answers phone and directs calls to proper employees
• Responds to resident or customer questions
• Oversees specific responsibilities relating to overal office function of the facility.
