SynergenX–Low T Center–HerKare is seeking a Patient Services Coordinator to join our team and support a seamless patient experience from check-in to checkout. You will assist with billing questions, explain insurance terms, and coordinate with clinic staff to maintain a welcoming environment for patients seeking hormone replacement and wellness services.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare or front office preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to discuss billing and insurance clearly.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm and welcoming experience by greeting patients, checking them in, and rooming them for appointments.
• Help patients navigate billing and insurance questions with confidence, compassion, and professionalism.
• Explain insurance coverage, EOBs, and out-of-pocket costs clearly.
• Enter and update patient information and insurance details.
• Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, directing calls and taking messages.
• Collect and process patient payments accurately.
• Monitor emails, texts, and faxes for timely communication and follow-up.
• Support account activities and build patient relationships for retention.
• Maintain front desk and waiting area in a clean, organized state.
