Qualifications

• One year of reception experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.
• General computer skills including data entry, word processing, email, and record management.
• Strong organizational, time management, and written/verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work closely with others.

Responsibilities

• Provide hospital telecommunication services via telephones, pagers, paging system, radio, or computer to connect communications between visitors, callers, staff, patients, and families.
• Maintain records related to telecommunications as needed and align daily practice with hospital mission and guiding principles.
