Job summary

Elliot Health System is seeking a finance leader to oversee the Elliot Medical Group budget and long-range planning. You will coordinate annual budgets, provide financial planning, and support strategic objectives through reporting and variance analysis.

Responsibilities include training department heads on budgeting, reviewing budgets for accuracy, and ensuring timeliness of all milestones. Hybrid in NH, with both in-person and remote work options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 5-7 years of budget/financial analysis in healthcare.
• 2+ years of management/supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversees annual budget and projections for Elliot Medical Group with department heads.
• Leads budget training sessions for department heads.
• Ensures timelines and milestones are met per budget schedules.
• Reviews practice-level budgets, revenues, expenses, and variance analyses.
