Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or a closely related field.
• 5-7 years of experience performing budget/financial analysis work in healthcare
• 2 years of management/supervisory experience in finance
• Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)

Responsibilities

• Oversees and coordinates the annual budget and annual projection processes for Elliot Medical Group, including end-user training schedules and review meetings with department heads
• Leads budget training sessions for department heads
• Adheres to budget timelines provided by Physician Finance leadership to ensure each process milestone is fully complete when required
• Completes review and analysis of practice-level budgets and projections to ensure all revenues, compensation, and expenses are accurately reflected and in line with expectations
