Unio Health Partners, LLP, a physician practice management platform servicing multiple locations across Southern, Central, and Northern California, seeks an FP&A Analyst - Finance to drive planning, performance analysis, and strategic financial support. The role emphasizes sophisticated modeling, variance analysis, KPI tracking, and cross-functional collaboration to shape financial direction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; Master's or professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA, CMA) a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years in FP&A or related finance/analytical role.
• Healthcare experience required (physician practice/medical group/hospital or similar).
• Healthcare sector/ Consulting/ Investment banking experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of revenue cycle management in healthcare.
• Experience preparing/analyzing P&Ls, budgets, forecasts, and variances.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to present to non-financial stakeholders.
• Currently living in California.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models to support decision-making.
• Conduct monthly and quarterly variance analyses and recommend corrective actions.
• Develop and monitor KPIs and ensure timely reporting to support business objectives.
• Lead the financial forecasting process for KPIs, revenue, expenses, and capex.
• Analyze healthcare industry trends, opportunities, and challenges, esp. revenue cycle management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and manage risks.
