Job summary

VeloSource, a leading healthcare staffing and recruitment agency, seeks a Financial Analyst to provide financial reporting, forecasting, and decision support across the organization. This role partners with finance, operations, recruiting, sales, and leadership to analyze performance, identify trends, improve profitability, and support strategic initiatives.

The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and accustomed to a fast-paced healthcare staffing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or related field.
• 3-5 years of financial analysis, FP&A, accounting, or related experience.
• Healthcare staffing, physician recruitment, healthcare services, or professional services industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and analyses.
• Assist with the annual budget process and forecasting activities.
• Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives and growth opportunities.
• Analyze variances between actual and budgeted results and provide recommendations.
• Monitor KPIs and identify trends impacting company performance.
• Analyze revenue, gross profit, and margin across customers, specialties, recruiters, and units.
• Support pricing strategy analysis and contract profitability reviews.
• Create dashboards and reports to improve visibility into performance.
