Job summary

Chateau Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a Food Services Supervisor to oversee daily operations, supervise dietary staff, and ensure safe, high-quality meals for residents. This role requires strong leadership and clinical awareness to maintain compliance and efficient dining services.

You will coordinate with Nursing and other departments, update menus, manage diets, and uphold sanitation standards while promoting a positive team environment and cost control on a full-time schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in healthcare settings.
• Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Food Services Department.
• Coordinate with Nursing and other departments to ensure high-quality resident meals.
• Supervise and train dietary staff; enforce policies and safety standards.
• Prepare staff schedules and ensure adequate staffing for all shifts.
• Ensure meals meet temperature, portions, and therapeutic diet requirements.
• Maintain records, inventories, and documentation.
