Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years of food service experience.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills; able to manage staff.

Responsabilidades

• Performs staff responsibilities to fulfill departmental needs, when necessary.
• Handles and resolves complex issues and complaints to enhance employee and patient satisfaction.
• Provides leadership, orientation, training, mentoring and coaching to staff.
• Assists with performance evaluations and disciplinary actions.
• Assists leadership with planning, coordinating, and performing various duties.
• Ensures staff compliance with all regulatory food and employee safety, sanitation requirements, HACCP guidelines, and departmental policies.
• Coordinates and supervises staffing assignments based on daily volumes.
