Crothall Healthcare is hiring immediately for full-time Floor Technician positions at the BMC Behavioral Health Brockton facility in Brockton, MA. The schedule is 7:00 am to 3:30 pm with varying days and rotating weekends; online applications are accepted only.

Qualifications

• Previous floor care experience required.
• Proven knowledge of floor care equipment and techniques required.
• Knowledge and ability to follow safety procedures.
• Requires frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling of up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of hard-surface floor maintenance and use proper procedures (stripping, refinishing, burnishing, spray cleaning, spray buffing).
• Operate various types of industrial floor care equipment.
• Utilize automated equipment for large-area floor cleaning.
• Perform carpet and upholstery care (shampooing, damp surface, extractions, spot cleaning, vacuuming).
• Perform maintenance and restorative processes for all floor surface types.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.
