Job summary

Crothall Healthcare in Centerville, OH is hiring a full-time Floor Technician for Miami Valley Hospital South. Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday, 10:30 am–7:00 pm. Prior floor care experience preferred.

You will maintain hard-surface floors, operate industrial floor care equipment, and perform carpet and upholstery care. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Willing to train and start immediately.

Qualifications

• Prior floor care experience preferred.
• Proven knowledge of floor care equipment and techniques.
• Requires frequent lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Maintains knowledge of hard-surface floor maintenance and uses proper procedures (stripping, refinishing, burnishing, spray cleaning, spray buffing).
• Operates various types of industrial floor care equipment.
• Utilizes automated equipment for large-area floor cleaning.
• Performs carpet and upholstery care (shampooing, damp surface, extractions, spot cleaning, vacuuming).
• Performs maintenance and restorative processes for all floor types.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.
