Job summary

Dublin Post Acute is seeking a Floor Technician to maintain clean, safe floors throughout the facility, including resident rooms, halls, dining areas, and offices. You will operate floor-care equipment and follow infection-control procedures to support a sanitary environment for residents, staff, and visitors.

You will perform sweeping, mopping, stripping, waxing, buffing, and scrubbing, report hazards, manage supplies, and collaborate with Environmental Services to uphold high cleanliness

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous floor care or housekeeping experience preferred.
• Ability to operate floor-care equipment.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in healthcare setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain floors in resident rooms, hallways, dining areas, and common spaces.
• Operate floor-care equipment such as buffers and automatic scrubbers.
