Crothall Healthcare is hiring a Floor Technician for a full-time shift at Prisma Health Greenville, SC. The role focuses on floor maintenance, restoration, and operation of industrial floor care equipment in a healthcare environment.

The schedule is 3:00 pm–11:30 pm, Sunday through Thursday, and Tuesdays through Saturday, with the potential for details to be discussed at interview. One year of floor care experience is required, along with ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• One year of floor care experience is required.
• Knowledge of floor care equipment and techniques.
• Knowledge of safety procedures.
• Requires frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of hard-surface floor maintenance and proper procedures (stripping, refinishing, burnishing, spray cleaning, spray buffing).
• Operate various types of industrial floor care equipment.
• Use automated equipment for cleaning large floor areas.
• Perform carpet and upholstery care (shampooing, damp surface, extraction, spot cleaning, vacuuming).
• Carry out maintenance and restoration for all floor surface types.
• Perform other duties as assigned by manager.
