Job summary

Crothall Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, is seeking a Floor Technician to perform floor maintenance, restoration, and operate industrial floor care equipment in a hospital environment. This role supports patient safety by maintaining clean, safe floor surfaces and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Located at North Greenville Hospital, Travelers Rest, SC, the full-time schedule runs 6:00 am–2:30 pm with rotating weekends; benefits and shift premium are included.

Qualifications

• 2 years floor care experience preferred.
• Knowledge of floor care equipment and techniques required.
• Knowledge and ability to follow safety procedures.
• Requires frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of hard-surface floor maintenance and procedures (stripping, refinishing, burnishing, spray cleaning, spray buffing).
• Operate various types of industrial floor care equipment.
