Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Clean, strip, wax, buff, and polish facility floors.
• Operate floor care equipment safely and effectively.
• Maintain carpets through vacuuming and spot cleaning.
• Follow infection control, safety, and OSHA guidelines.
• Assist with general housekeeping duties as needed.
• Report maintenance concerns to supervisors.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Administrator or Maintenance Director.
