Job summary

Qualifications

• Physical ability to lift, push, pull and retrieve objects weighing up to 30 pounds.
• Valid driver's license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintenance of floor finishes to create a safe, welcoming environment.
• Perform routine facility housekeeping: floor cleaning, buffing, carpet shampooing, and periodic refinishing.
• Move furniture, equipment, and supplies within facility departments.
• Conduct cleaning tasks such as washing walls, windows, and disposing of trash; maintain cleanliness per schedules.
