Revo Health LLC in Bloomington, MN, is seeking a Financial Analyst to support reporting, forecasting, and budgeting for all business lines. Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, with WFH options from our corporate office in Bloomington.

The role partners with Infinite Health Collaborative and its divisions to drive margins, cost analysis, and financial strategy across healthcare groups. Strong collaboration, communication, and healthcare experience are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business.
• Minimum of five years' experience as an analyst.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a healthcare setting required.
• Exceptional verbal and written communications skills with a strong customer service focus and ability to resolve issues.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct price and cost analysis to identify and ensure maximum margins.
• Develop and manage forecast and resource demand models.
• Assess industry economics and identify factors impacting internal models.
• Establish and optimize customer billing processes.
• Evaluate data and make strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
• Provide financial analysis and ROI on channel marketing programs.
• Proactively develop analysis and drive business change.

Educación

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business

Five years' experience as an analyst

Healthcare setting experience (3+ years)

Exceptional verbal and written communications; customer service oriented
