Job summary

Revo Health in Bloomington, IN is seeking a Financial Analyst to handle reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and analysis to support growth across all business lines. This full-time role follows a Monday–Friday schedule 8:30 AM–5:00 PM at our Corporate Office with flexible work-from-home options.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business.
• Minimum five years’ experience as an analyst.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a healthcare setting.
• Exceptional verbal and written communications skills with a strong customer service focus and ability to resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Conduct price and cost analysis to identify maximum margins.
• Develop and manage forecast and resource demand models.
• Assess industry economics and factors impacting internal models (global financial concerns, policy changes, etc.).
• Establish and optimize customer billing processes.
• Evaluate data and make strategic recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide financial analysis and ROI on channel marketing programs.
• Proactively develop analysis to drive change.

Job description

The Financial Analyst will be responsible for the reporting, analysis, forecasting, and budgeting to support the growth of all Revo Health business lines.

This is a full-time position working Monday - Friday from 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM out of our Corporate Office in Bloomington with WFH options.

Revo Health is a professional services company that partners with multiple healthcare groups to deliver exceptional patient care. This position will be employed through Revo Health, working closely with Infinite Health Collaborative (i-Health) and its operating divisions.

Essential Job Functions:

• Conduct price and cost analysis to identify and ensure maximum margins
• Develop and manage forecast and resource demand models
• Assess industry economics and identify salient factors impacting internal models (global financial concerns, policy changes, etc.)
• Establish and optimize customer billing processes

Education and Experience:
