AdvantageTrust is seeking an Associate Financial Analyst to perform recruitment cost analysis and cross-reference product pricing benefits. You will manage dashboards and scorecards, providing metric-driven insights to support program decisions in a healthcare setting.

The role requires strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with stakeholders to ensure accurate, compliant reporting and revenue enhancement.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• 1+ year in healthcare, preferably healthcare group purchasing.
• 1+ year in medical product knowledge.
• Strong analytical skills and Excel experience required.

Responsibilities

• Perform new member recruitment cost analysis and product comparison ensuring accurate and clinically sound illustration of program benefits.
• Act as product cross-reference subject matter expert.
• Manage financial data dashboards, scorecards and other metric-driven analytical assessments that accurately reflect the state of the program.
• Facilitate data management communications to stakeholders, driving compliance and increasing revenue.
• Ongoing analytical assistance as it relates to the management of the program.
• Utilizing data query tools, such as Sales Reporting, CatScan, vendor spreadsheets, etc. to create and maintain metric reporting, integrating data from multiple sources.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
