Job summary

AdventHealth in Burleson, TX is seeking a Financial Analyst to produce and distribute regular reports from the Financial and Decision Support systems, including physician statistics, readmission rates, costs, and market shares.

You will perform data integrity checks, train staff on tools, update budget templates and assist management with budget variances, while maintaining confidentiality and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in a matrixed healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of health plans and healthcare data

Responsibilities

• Produce and distribute regular reports from Financial and Decision Support systems.
• Perform data integrity checks and reconciliations.
• Educate and train hospital staff on Financial/Decision Support tools.
• Update budget templates and reconcile budget data for presentation.
• Assist with General Ledger questions related to budget variances.
