The candidate will work in a matrix environment, applying finance concepts and strong Excel skills to deliver accurate insights for management decisions.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of health plans is required.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, prioritization, and operational skills.
• Knowledge of statistical measures and concepts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills; able to collaborate with diverse teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to read, write, and understand conversational English.
• Understanding of finance and accounting concepts.
• Ability to work in a matrix-managed environment.
• Experience with healthcare data and payer claims is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Produce and distribute regular reports from the Financial and Decision Support systems.
• Perform integrity checks and reconciliations on data.
• Educate and train hospital staff on Financial and Decision Support tools.
• Prepare and reconcile budget data; update budget templates and reports.
• Assist with General Ledger questions related to budget variances.
