Responsibilities

• Prepare financial analyses and reports for clinical operations
• Review profitability and performance of general ledgers
• Provide financial support to operational managers in clinical operations
• Develop business and financial recommendations for management
• Prepare and interpret ratios and graphs for Hospitals
• Generate and review benchmarks; determine appropriate benchmarks for Hospitals, and make benchmark recommendations
• Prepare or review business plans and make recommendations
• Represent Hospitals on teams and in meetings where financial expertise is required
• Collaborate with Finance and Budget Directors to maintain accurate reporting
• Monitor, evaluate and resolve concerns or problems identified by external and internal customers
