An established industry player is seeking a Health and Benefits Financial/Actuarial Director to lead complex client assignments. As a Health and Benefits Financial/Actuarial Director, you will serve as the financial lead for large, complex client assignments. You’ll leverage your experience as a benefits financial/actuarial expert to make strategic recommendations on funding, plan design, and innovative financial solutions. You will apply your financial management and data analytics expertise to solve complex client problems and to lead the development of new H&B intellectual capital.

Compensation and Benefits
Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Salaries may vary based on location, competencies, education, experience, performance, and revenue potential.
Compensation
The base salary range being offered is $140,000 to $200,000 USD per year.
This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
