Regency Integrated Health Services is seeking a Business Office Manager for Magnolia Crossing Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Houston, TX. The role focuses on financial health, billing, and administrative oversight within a healthcare facility.

You will work closely with the Administrator and corporate staff to ensure fiscal accountability. Key duties include managing accounts receivable, deposits, and resident funds, maintaining census records, and coordinating Medicaid and other payer

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Knowledgeable in accounting software and proficient with Excel.
• Experience with accounts receivable, deposits, and resident funds.

Responsabilités

• Manage accounts receivable, deposits, and resident trust funds.
• Maintain census records and complete 3618/3619 forms as required.
• Process daily deposits and credit card/EFT transactions per policy.
• Handle Medicaid/other payer billing and aging reviews with Administrator.
• Prepare monthly reconciliations and ensure accounts are current.
