OMS Medical Billing Llc is seeking a Senior Director of Finance & Operations to lead new facility implementations and ongoing operations across markets. You will drive onboarding, align cross-functional teams, and ensure strong clinical, financial, and operational performance post-launch.

The role focuses on Day 1 revenue cycle readiness, staffing optimization, KPI management, and cross-functional leadership with clinical and executive stakeholders. Travel 25–50% is required.

• Lead end-to-end onboarding of new hospitals, ASCs, and health system partners.
• Develop and manage detailed implementation timelines from contract execution through go-live.
• Coordinate with Clinical Leadership to ensure safe, compliant staffing models.
• Ensure Day 1 revenue cycle readiness: Billing system configuration, Payor mapping and rate validation.
• Oversee provider credentialing and enrollment timelines.
• Maintain operational oversight for assigned facilities post-go-live.
• Monitor KPIs: case volume trends, utilization rates, overtime, margin, AR and clean claim rates.
• Drive standardization of workflows across sites.
• Lead quarterly business reviews with facility partners.
