Job summary

Kindred Hospital Paramount and Acute Rehabilitation Unit seeks a finance professional to assist the CFO in managing fiscal services, budgeting, revenue, and internal controls for a 177-bed hospital with LTACH and ARU facilities.

You will prepare and analyze financial statements, coordinate accounting activities, and support audits while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and reporting requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; substitution allowed.
• 3 years' hospital or healthcare experience.
• CPA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist CFO in planning and developing departmental budgets and financial plans.
• Prepare and analyze hospital financial statements and reports.
• Coordinate all financial activities and manage accounting processes.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial statements and compliance.
• Support external audits and regulatory reporting.
