Job summary

Prime Healthcare is seeking a Finance Manager in Ontario, CA to oversee the financial activity of assigned facilities and supervise the accounting team. You will ensure accurate monthly balance sheets and statements for review by the Controller and executive team.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance, 3+ years in accounting, 1 year of management, and strong Windows PC and business software skills; Meditech/Epic/Lawson experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent.
• 3+ years of Accounting/Finance experience.
• 1 year of management experience.
• Proficient in Windows-based PCs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in business software applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the financial activity of assigned Prime Healthcare facilities.
• Oversee daily operations of the accounting team.
• Ensure accurate monthly balance sheet reconciliation.
• Prepare monthly financial statement packets for review by Controller and executive team.
