Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior financial managerial position, preferably in the healthcare industry.
• Proficiency in financial systems and tools, advanced Excel.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards in the healthcare industry.
• Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to develop and guide a high-performing finance team.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute the organization's financial strategy, ensuring alignment with our overall business objectives.
• Oversee all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, auditing, and internal control systems.
